Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services offered by Boatox Concierge Ltd, trading as Boatox Ibiza ("we", "us", "our"), and govern the relationship between us and the customer ("you", "your"). By confirming a booking with us via WhatsApp, email, or our website, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. About Us

Boatox Concierge Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus, Company Registration Number HE 489787, with registered office at Erofilis 3, Flat/Office 106, 8016 Paphos, Cyprus, trading under the brand name Boatox Ibiza.

2. Scope of Services

Boatox acts as a concierge and booking partner. We connect customers with third-party providers including yacht charter operators, villa owners, restaurants, clubs, and transfer services.

Boatox does not operate vessels directly and is not a licensed yacht broker. Your contract for the actual service — yacht, villa, club table, or otherwise — is always with the relevant third-party provider. We make bookings in good faith but cannot guarantee the availability, quality, or performance of any third-party service.

3. Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us via WhatsApp or email. Until confirmation is issued, no booking is guaranteed.

All bookings are subject to availability and to the terms of the relevant third-party provider. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are quoted in EUR (€). Full payment is required before access to any yacht, villa, or other service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, credit or debit card via Stripe, cash (for applicable on-site services), and Revolut. Any bank fees, card processing fees, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Chargebacks: any costs arising from unjustified chargebacks will be passed on in full to the customer.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Our full cancellation and refund policy is published separately at boatoxibiza.com/cancellation-policy and forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before confirming your booking.

6. Villa Rentals

Villa bookings are subject to the same general Terms outlined here. In addition, the following applies: Villa bookings typically require a deposit at the time of confirmation and full payment in advance of the stay. A security deposit may be required by the villa owner or operator and is handled directly between you and the relevant provider.

Cancellation terms for villa bookings differ from yacht bookings and are set out in our Cancellation Policy at boatoxibiza.com/cancellation-policy.

Boatox acts as intermediary only. The rental agreement for the villa is between you and the property owner or management company.

7. Liability and Insurance

All yachts are insured by their respective owners and operators. Coverage details vary by vessel and provider. Boatox does not provide insurance for any service.

Customers are fully responsible for any damages, losses, or additional costs they cause during a booking. We reserve the right to charge customers after a service has concluded using their original payment method.

Personal belongings: Boatox accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal items.

Personal safety: participation in all services is at your own risk. You must follow the captain's instructions and the rules of the vessel at all times. Boatox accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising during any service.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to respect local laws, the authority of the captain or service provider, and the rules of the vessel or property at all times.

Excessive alcohol consumption or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.

Use of water toys, sports equipment, or other recreational equipment is entirely at your own risk. Guests with medical conditions, including pregnancy, heart conditions, or back problems, participate entirely at their own risk.

Minors under 18 are only permitted when accompanied by a responsible adult who assumes full legal responsibility for them throughout the duration of the service.

9. Late Arrival and No-Show

Please arrive at the agreed meeting point on time. For private charters: late arrival reduces your charter time. No refund or extension will be provided for time lost due to late arrival.

For yacht share bookings: if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the agreed departure time, the vessel will depart without you. No refund will be provided.

10. Service Changes and Force Majeure

If a third-party provider cancels or becomes unavailable, we will make every reasonable effort to provide an alternative of equal or greater value. If no suitable alternative is available, our Cancellation Policy applies.

Boatox is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, strikes, technical failures, natural disasters, or government restrictions. In such cases, our Cancellation Policy governs any applicable refunds.

11. Media and Content Rights

By participating in any of our services, you acknowledge that Boatox may use photos, videos, or other media taken during the experience — including content shared on social media — for promotional and marketing purposes, without further consent or compensation. You may object to the use of your image at any time by contacting info@boatoxibiza.com.

12. Data Protection

To deliver our services, we may share your booking details — including your name, contact information, and special requests — with relevant third-party providers such as yacht operators, villa managers, or venue staff. Full details of how we handle your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy at boatoxibiza.com/privacy-policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boatox is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, property damage, loss of enjoyment, or any indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for the condition, safety, or performance of any third-party service. In no circumstances shall Boatox's total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant booking.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication at boatoxibiza.com/terms-and-conditions. For bookings already confirmed, the Terms in force at the time of confirmation apply.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

The place of performance for all services is Ibiza, Spain. In case of any discrepancy between language versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. Last updated: April 2026
