We get it - plans change. Here's how cancellations work with us:

Refund Timeline

• More than 14 days before your charter:
  Full refund, no questions asked.

• 7 to 13 days before your charter:
  We’ll refund 50% of the total amount.

• Less than 7 days before your charter:
  Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund -
  unless severe weather makes it unsafe to operate. In that case, we’ll offer a full refund or help you reschedule (your choice).

Weather-Related Cancellations

We want you to have an unforgettable experience - not a soggy one.
If dangerous weather (e.g., strong winds, storms) prevents the boat from going out safely, you'll receive a full refund or a free rebooking.

Please include your full name, booking date, and the boat or service name you reserved.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after confirmation.
Boatox is not responsible for any fees or delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
